“When we dropped out vehicle off the process was pretty good and easy. Wasn't a fan of the constant charges. When we arrived, the guy on the phone was very rude and didn't explain things properly on how to collect our vehicle and then we had to call 3 more times and finally got through to someone who explained an older gentleman and then extra charges again. I wouldn't really recommend this service unfortunately. They should put all the charges up front and need better customer service”

“I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of the meet and greet, but on departure and arrivals. However it did concern me that I was just asked to sign the document without the employer doing a check of my vehicle for mileage and condition, something which would be super important in case of any concerns later down the line. I was also concerned when I got back in my vehicle that the dashcam had been unplugged - something that wasn't mentioned on the document handed over when the vehicle was collected.”
