“We used the meet and greet service due to having a disabled passenger with us and that was great as they didn't have to walk too far, unfortunately we left some cans of drink in the boot ready for our return, and when we stopped on our way home we noticed these were missing! I would be great if someone would look into this”
“Drop off was ok but picking up was terrible having to wait plus when I got in the car someone had messed with settings , digital speed setting was knocked off clock was a hour out these little things that bug you when there is no reason to touch them not just my car but my brother in laws car was the same”
“The staff were very friendly and professional. I had a call on the day of my flight to check my arrival time so that they could ensure a driver would be able to coordinate our meet and greet. We did delay our arrival time to suit the service. Upon our return, it took several minutes to get my call answered. We were asked to wait since they were short staffed, grab ourselves a drink and they would get to us asap. We did not have long to wait and the operator was very apologetic but when arriving home I would have preferred a prompt service with the phone and meeting me at the airport. Finally, the airport barrier fee should be clearly shown in the costs of the airport parking - I don’t mind paying for the fees but would appreciate the fees to be clearly shown. I would recommend this service but just with caution on my above points.”
“A good service was provided by your team. Our car was collected from right outside terminal 1 and we did not have to walk far on our return to the meeting point outside terminal 1 though the car did take a little longer than we expected to be returned to us.”
“They arrived and took my vehicle away at time stated. On return after ringing we had passed through customs, walked to parking garage and car was delivered within 5 mins. The only thing which I missed was the airport parking fee of £5 for both taken car and returning. First was cash and second via Manchester airport website.”

Service on arrival at the airport for our flight out of Manchester was particularly efficient - a really smooth process and excellent service.
Collection of our car on arrival back to Manchester was a little slower and we had a 10 min wait for our car to arrive at the pick-up point. Still good service but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting.”
