“Overall very good. One unsatisfactory point was that I noticed whilst away that my car was unlocked (using the Volvo app) - I messaged APH twice to ask why this was the case but received no answer.”
“I accidentally booked this when I thought I was booking the APH M&G I normally book. I wasn't paying attention, so take care when booking. Be aware that with VIP M&G there is a further £10 to add to the headline price for entry/exit on arrival/departure. Will avoid using ever again.”
“My car was moved constantly 10 MILES extra and it was sctrached, an error was on board about tire been flat.The person who gave us car back said that he did not see any error but it was informing about it as soon as you start car. I called them to ask for explanations they ignored me. I did contact police about this as we did video of the car when we gave it and on colecction.

“Service was good both ways, communication was also excellent. I would say I have booked my car at airports before with other companies, however the price usually includes charges in and out of the airport. APH charges in and out of the airport as extra which you need to pay for.”
