“Very cloak and dagger operation, my camera unplugged, so no idea where my car went.
Had to meet the driver and car on level 3 , stand by the door, where the signs say no parking or dropping off.
Asked for a £5 to get the driver out of the airport and paid another £6+ to get out of airport on way home.
All in the terms and conditions apparently.
Felt like an undercover operation.
Will not use again.”
“Was begged for a tip from the person collecting my car. The concept of meet and greet is to be met and greeted. The reality is you arrive you call the you wait then the car is brought for you! Damage to front of car which I need to report when I get chance, only noticed the following morning.”
“The creepy man who met me outside the terminal insisted that i had to pay a £5 fee (would not let me pay with a card, had to be cash)
On the way out, the young girl told me i had to pay again, to leave their carpark, and gave me a qr code.
This was £6.20 (she said it was a fiver, but by the time i got my disabled child, wheelchair, luggage, other kids in, it must have increased)
So an extra £11.20 on the price i had paid well in advance.
I plan to have this investigated, as felt seedy. Plus, i booked it through the civil service offers, so will notify them, that they are advertising pricing that is misleading. Wont use again”

“The men who greeted us were very professional wearing uniform really nice, the man who met us after our holiday was dressed in casual clothes a cap n sunglasses gave us the keys and left no walk around the car nothing to sign to say we were happy I’m unsure if I would use this service personally again”
