“On drop off an initial good efficient service. However, on return of my vehicle, I noticed my vehicle damaged and reported it on the day. Staff attempted to send CCTV footage of a similar vehicle to mine saying my vehicle was already damaged on drop off. Over the space of over a month I have attempted to contact them regarding the damage and i get no reply by phone or email.
Definitely would not recommend this service or use them again.”
“We were disapointed to have to pay additional entrance and exit fees at the car park especially when we had to wait for the car in the open area of the car park in the rain. I would expect VIP to at least offer a reception with a covered waiting area.”
“I paid £92.95 for 3 days parking. On my return I had to give the APH agent £5 which I thought was to exit the car park but in fact it was to pay APH entry to the car park. So I had to then pay £6.40 to exit the car park…I won’t be using this service again.”
