“The service was good (instant pick-up on the way out and had to wait about 20 mins or so on the way back) but it wasn't until the day after I got the car home I noticed all the scratches to the bodywork on the rear passenger side of the car. I've no idea where the cars get taken to whilst people are away, but I think I will stick to the approved airport car parks in future. It's going to cost me more to get the scratches repaired than I paid to park the car for 2 weeks.”
“I always plan and pay for a longer stay when I book my airport parking, just in case, so when VIP Meet &Greet called me at 7am to ask where I was (and I was still at home - live 15 minutes from airport), I was a bit surprised. I had no idea how it worked as I had never used the service before. From then, I kept in touch, let them know when I was ten minutes away, and they met us at airport drop-off, marked down any scratches etc on car, fuel, and we gave them £5 cash to exit the parking. No looking for parking spaces, no walking across car parks, no shuttle buses!
During our holiday, with three days to go, they messaged to ask us to check our return flight as they couldn't see it listed. I thought this was very thorough. It turned out our flight number had been changed. Very nice, pleasant messages from them.
When we arrived back at the airport, I let them know when we were collecting our bags and they directed us to the exact spot - a 2 minute walk into the car park.
Perfect for us arriving in the early hours and just wanting to get the kids home without having to look for taxis. I would definitely recommend this service.”
