“Was unaware of the extra drop off payment. Tried to pay with £10 but had no change so told to pay on return as would need to pay to leave. Rang on rerun once we had collected baggage to be told to ring when we got to Starbucks, not sure why! Tried to pay the drop off charge again to be told it was £5 and I had to pay the other £5 online. Again no change so had to pay £10, so a total of an extra £15 on top of the original payment, so disappointed”
“I had zero issues with this service, I followed the posted guidance and instructions and everything was organised and sorted for my departure. My Arrival back was just as easy, quick call and then went to pick up my car in a nice and easy location that allowed me time to load my baggage and sort the car out. Good service with no issues.”

On collection of my vehicle last night, i got into it to connect my iPhone to access my sat nav to get me home, but unfortunately it seems to have disappeared, and left me stressed and confused..Not nice at all…
iPhone cables aren’t cheap to replace, they’re around £25.00 I consider it theft and I hope you replace or reimburse me asap please..”
“Great service from APH at the worst airport, Manchester. Was there to greet at terminal 1 on arrival and was there to collect at terminal 1 when we should have landed at terminal 3. Great service on the phone giving meeting instructions. First time parking at an airport would definitely use APH again and recommend to friends.”
