“It wasn't very VIP.
We called 20 mins before we were due to arrive as advised on the booking confirmation, after 3 attempts the call was answered by a very grumpy man who told me to call back when 10 min away. Again after 3 more attempts when we were 10 mins away the call was answered and the grumpy man gave us some instructions. We got to the drop of point where we then waited for 20 mins for someone to greet us. Then we were told we had to pay £5 - this was not clear when booking and we didn't have the £5 (why not just add this to the parking fee?).
The return home was much easier and a lovely woman brought us our car and advised us we had to pay an exit fee within 24 hrs again another £6.50 on top. We won't use the bio service again as we have much better service with the regular meet and greet and the price is much clearer up front. Plus we won't be inconveniently calling grumpy men at early hrs in the morning to meet us to get the car.”
