“Incoming instructions difficult to follow, began on 3rd floor and had to phone for assistance. the rep came down to help and took over the problem. Was handed a ticket for £6 - I thought the sum I had prepaid included everything. Upon return. car handover was fine, but at the exit barrier I was refused exit, I was requested to pay £9-10. I had to phone the rep, who managed to get the machine to allow me to exit.

Upon my return the car was already waiting so I was back on the motorway within 15 mins of leaving the aeroplane! Perfect.”
“Happy to recommend MBW. Drop off and pick up process was very easy. Only ten miles added to the clock while they had my car. One star dropped because the instructions were a little confusing on where to find the drop off point at LHR T5 - they did not correspond to the road signage. Will know for next time unless they move it.”

Sadly it’s not clearly labelled and k wasted time looking for the right parking area
Then on way back despite warning the flight was delayed the car was already delivered which meant I had to pay almost 10 pounds extra on parking ticket before I can leave at the barrier .. they are not connected with the official Heathrow car park so the help button/assistance at the gate won’t help !”
