We have now used MBW twice, both times car was booked on and returned very promptly and the staff are friendly. I have one complaint though, I left them with a very clean car on Monday and when I got it back on Friday it was covered in some sticky white stuff. Not amused

Very efficient. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Have used a few times now and will continue to do so.

Very simple and straightforward process. No fuss. Easy for when you're looking at a quick arrival and departure from LHR. Would use again

The service was very straightforward. Every member of the team I spoke to was polite, friendly and helpful. We dropped off the car very early in the morning and collected it very late at night; this didn’t cause any problems.

Everything worked well. I would prefer a person on reception rather than a phone number but it did work.

Scratched my car, no customer service contact number and wont respond to emails. My 2019 Audi A5 was was dropped off, polished and in perfect order with no scratches or damage. the staff look scruffy and were unprofessionally hanging around giggling at their stand, my first impression was - What am I letting myself in for... Handover was OK. When I collected the car, the back quarter panel on the passenger side had scratches all over it. I took pictures when the car was dropped off, all around showing no scratches or issues to be safe as I read the reviews on here first but still wanted to offer the benefit of doubt. There is no way to call customer care, they only offer an email address, I have emailed them with the before and after images with full details, there has been no response yet. They say they respond within 5-7 working days which is a ridiculous amount of time. The call center staff are rude and talk with an attitude, I called asking for a contact number and was told "You've had a response email and now you have to wait with your scratched car till someone comes back to you". The email was a canned auto response. Disgusting customer service. It appears that this is the only way to get their attention. I do not recommend this company and wont be using them again. I want my cars paintwork repaired and put back as it was when I handed it over. The orgnisations handing out awards to this "Award Winning Company" need to re-evaluate their awards criteria. Beware of this company.
