“No problem with delivery and collection. However, the bodywork of the car was gritty on collection and the driver's mat was sandy with footprints. This had an overall appearance of the car standing on a building site!”
“On our return on the 3rd June I, in accordance with MBW instructions phoned them after I recovered my baggage at 19.31pm only to be told that my car had already been delivered back to Terminal 5. By the time I travelled to pick up my car and exit the car park it was 19.56pm and I had to pay £5.90 to exit the car park. This is not what I was expecting and should not have happened. I have complained to MBW”
“We have now used MBW twice, both times car was booked on and returned very promptly and the staff are friendly. I have one complaint though, I left them with a very clean car on Monday and when I got it back on Friday it was covered in some sticky white stuff. Not amused”
