“We have used this service several times now and it is always good. Polite and helpful staff makes it easier and we had no problems either with the drop-off or return, despite being an hour early for both. Will definitely use again.”

“I was kept waiting an hour for my car at Terminal 3. Apparently the driver went to Terminal 4! The extra cost for Meet and Greet is for a prompt and smooth service. MBW should have taken ownership and offered me a level of refund in recognition of the lack of service. I have heard nothing from them. This only compounds the poor service.”
