“Departure no problems. Very busy at arrival time. No one at Level 4 desk and no sign of car or any staff. Car arrived after waiting 15 minutes. It would be good if there was someone manning the desk by the lifts to advise on any delays. Otherwise all good!”

“The process was very straightforward. Let them know 30 minutes before we arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 short stay parking. Gave them the parking ticket on arrival. They then drove the car to an off site location whilst we were away. Phoned again after collecting luggage on return. Had to wait a couple of minutes for car to be returned to short stay car park. Again issued with a ticket to leave. Had an offer to wash vehicle whilst away but did not take up. A pain free way to park and at a reasonable cost.”
“Excellent service. No problem finding the drop-off at Terminal 3 on arrival and it was very quick and easy as the driver was already waiting. Similarly on pick-up we phoned as soon as we got our bags and the car was brought to the same spot as the drop-off within 10 minutes.”
