“We were late returning due to a flight issue which they were fine with. We had to pay a day rate of £20 which was fine. But what they didn’t say was it had to be cash and hand to the man with the keys they had no card machine I had no GBP so I then had to go back into the terminal to find a cash machine. You give them your email address and wait for a receipt. Which is very odd these days especially in London. It just all felt not quite right. Still waiting for the receipt. The car had 13miles on the trip which we thought was ok as it was moved of site. The ease of using was fine, just make sure you have cash if you’re late, as having to find cash machines after your delayed on long flights by returning to the terminal is less than ideal.”
“Pick up and drop off went fine. No answer on my return but they quickly called me back. Left car park as soon as the fella gave us the keys but it took so long getting out, as you pick up car from floor 4, that I had to pay £7.50 again at the bottom !”
