“When we arrived at Heathrow there were a bunch of guys who were part of the team that should collect cars from clients, when we approached them we were told that we needed to call a number so that someone would come to collect our car, we called and in a couple of minutes one of the guys we had approached when we arrived came to us and collected the car. We do not understand what this was all about.”
