“Used park giant a number of times this year and they've been great every time. Clear instructions, someone always answers the phone, I've not had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to collect or return my car. Good service and will use again”
“We added and paid for EV charging to our booking, when we collected the car it hadn’t been charged and the guy dropping off said “they must have forgotten”, he also told us we should have checked our car app and get in touch with them to do it. It’s not my responsibility to remind a company to do something i’ve paid for? I’m currently waiting for a refund as i had to get in touch with them to get the refund, they couldn’t sort it out automatically for me. Poor service”
“This was the quickest service we have ever had for the pick up of the car. Would highly recommend them. Not the politest or friendliest on the phone when you call them, but supper fast on drop off and pick up. Maybe work on the phone manner but apart from that I can not fault them.”

“Dropping the car off was very easy - I called them as I was approaching the car park and they told me where to park and I was met by an agent. Paperwork was done and I was then free to start my holiday. Returning, however, was a different matter. I called from the arrivals hall and they said to call again when I had got my luggage. I told them I only had hand luggage. I was told the car would be 45 mins. In the end it took 90 mins for my car to arrive for collection, which seemed like forever after an overnight flight. There was loads of people asking where their cars were. To be fair to them it wasn’t entirely their fault as there were problems in the roads and long queues to navigate just to get in to the car park but at least with other off airport parking I would have had somewhere warm to sit and wait. I probably could have waited in the arrivals hall but there is only a 15 min turn around to get the car back out of the car park and I had to be ready for the car arriving. The company was fine but wouldn’t use again as the wait for my car being returned was too long.”
