“This was my first time using Car Giant at Terminal 2. I have used other Valet Parking services. I was travelling with lots of luggage, including skis. Wait time was reasonable (16 mins), but my car was delivered absolutley filthy, with all of the headlights, wingmirrors and parking sensors covered in mud. I honesly had to assume it had been stored in a mud bath. Not great as you need to leave the car park within 15 mins of having the car dropped back, and they didn't get me to sign that I was satisfied with the condition of the car. Impossible to tell whether there was any damage underneath all the mud. Will not be using again.”
“Having used four previous companies, APH has proven to be the best by far. They were punctual and professional. Following their guidance a driver collected the vehilce within 5 minutes and the car was returned in the same time. Payment of the actual car parking entrance and exit fees were also included unlike other organisations. I would highly receommend APH and their contractor.”

This was a very good experience. The APH valet driver was waiting for us at T3 on departure.
On arrivals, once I called them to notify them I had my luggage they quoted 30 minutes for the car to be delivered and then called me 28 minutes later to tell me the car was waiting for me.
I will use the service again!”
