“Car came back filthy. Was clean when handed over but came back covered in mud as though it had been parked in a field and other vehicles had sprayed it with mud when wheel spinning”
“Very good service. Only problem were the confusing instructions getting to Level 4. Ended up in Level 3 but the driver came down to that level to retrieve the car. Very slick on return trip.”
“A mistake they made on our return meant it took 50 minutes from my 2nd phone call to my car arriving at there short stay car park.
Otherwise would have been 5 star review.
Unlike one or two of the other Meet & Greet options, these don’t have representation (a desk or employee) based at the car park. Shouldn’t be a problem but thought it worth mentioning.”

Dropped one star because had to change dates due to airline changed flights. Contacted customer services for advice on cost etc but when I went back to confirm the price had changed by £20 in less than 1 week. Customer services were quick to respond”
