“Drop off all good. On return phoned both numbers and they both went to voice mail, eventually spoke to someone but then had to wait 15mins to pick up car.”
“Easy to use website, very competitive price, very good instructions to find drop off location at Heathrow and fast efficient drop off when we got there.
The pick up on return could have been a bit quicker but I suspect that was in large part due to the very short window (20 mins) the airport authorities allow before extra charges are levied.
Overall a very good service and I would not hesitate to use them again if they remain competitive.”
