“Amazing service. I got a puncture on my way into Heathrow T5 car park and the tyre was damaged.
I was panicking how I would deal with the situation but the team dealt with it. They inflated the tyre and took it off-site and then replaced the tyre while I was away and kept me updated during my trip.
I couldn't recommend enough, they were friendly, told me not to worry and they would sort it.

“We found where we needed to drop the car off, thanks to the detailed instructions on the confirmation email. Once parked, it was a bit confusing who we had to speak too. But we found someone who took our key and gave us return instructions. Upon return our car was ready for us after making the 2 calls to them as requested. It wasn't always easy to know who worked for park giant as no name badges or uniforms. But all was good and we were happy with the service”
“Great, when I met the team for both parking and collection. The only challenge I had was that the direction to Terminal 5 was unclear and cost me £15 since I kept using the wrong exit based on the instructions.”
“Great service although on our return we came at a busy time and there seemed to be only one person on the other end of the phone. As per instructions we called twice (upon landing and collecting baggage), even three times to confirm but despite that were waiting 25 minutes still at the terminal for our car to arrive. This may have been the same but less hassle than parking and shuttling but was still a nuisance after a 12 hour journey.”
