Easy drop off, the Heathrow T5 is a bit tricky and you could possibly take the wrong route but apart from that all was great at drop off and pick up.

Poor customer service. We’ve used PG twice. The first time nothing went wrong, as expected. This time, however, on our return we followed the usual instructions and called the number as soon as we landed which took a s to voicemail where we left a message. On calling again once we collected our luggage we were told that it would be 30 mins. When I asked we it would take so long, the call handler told us “it’s because you should have followed the instructions”. When I pointed out that I did and I had left a voicemail he said, “that’s no good. You need to speak to an actual human being”. His tone was extremely offensive, making out that I was some sort of idiot. When I was about to question why they had a voicemail then, and why it said nothing of the sort on their “instructions”, he quickly cut me off and put the phone down on me. I tried calling their customer service number several times to discuss the matter. In the end I left a voicemail. Needless to say I haven’t had a call back. You may not have any issues when using this company - after all, you expect your car do be collected and dropped off as promised - but it’s moments like these when you find out what the company is really like. And this company doesn’t give a flying sh*t about you, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and I encourage you to do so too.

Handing over and collecting the car at Heathrow Terminal 3 was a smooth and straightforward process. However, my only concern was the parking ticket policy when picking up my car. I was informed that the ticket would be valid for 15 minutes, but despite accessing the car park within this time frame, I was charged the 29-minute tariff of £7.40. This was unexpected and frustrating, as I had ensured I was within the stated time limit. It would be helpful if this policy were clearer or better enforced to avoid unnecessary charges for customers.
