“The company/driver did not obey their own rules. The entered the carpark at 19:15 with our car BEFORE we had rung them to say that we'd collected our luggage (at 19:29)! So by the time we met the driver at about 19:42 our car had already overstayed the 15 min limit. What annoys me most is that the driver lied and said that we had 5 mins to exit.
Fortunately, there was a problem with other cars at the exit so then they just waved many cars through, but if we had had to pay, then I hope that APH will reply to this review to confirm that THEY would have paid the extra fee, as they were the ones who made the error.”
