“My car showed being parked in a private property and not on a car park.
The company's explanation lacked the reassurance needed, and it was only when they moved the car to another car park that the information was correct.
Their customer service lacked appropriate replies to my worries.
Will not use them again.”
“Great service, we’re waiting for us on arrival and car back to us by the time we walked from baggage reclaim back up to the carpark. And nice clean outside of the car on return too which was a lovely surprise! Would definitely use this company again”
“The drop off and instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
Unfortunately upon my return I was handed my keys and ticket to leave without being told of a giant crack in my windscreen.
Luckily I saw this before leaving and raised this with the staff onsite. I filled out the appropriate paperwork and emailed the address given, but still waiting on a reply.
I understand accidents such as stone chips happen etc, but to not inform me at all is not acceptable. Other than this, the car was ready and pick up was smooth.”
