“Everything went well except the instructions given to access the Terminal 5 4th floor parking were not at all clear, in fact misleading, which cost us £15 in two attempts to try and get to the 4th floor.”

Returning was extremely easy as you call when you get your luggage and we waited about 10 minutes before our car arrived. Just what you need after a long flight. Highly recommend”

Even though there was an error that showed us coming back at 6pm not 6am (easy mistake, can't be sure whose), they managed to get out car back to us in under 15 minutes with 60 people planned in ahead of us.
