“The instructions for drop of could have been simpler for example; ‘ Drop off on short stay level 4 “off airport parking” sign’ however the ‘stay right.. stay left…avoid drop-off/Valet/meet and greet’ resulted in us incorrectly avoiding meet and greet and choosing the wrong car park barrier. Meaning we had to pay £7.50 to get out of that car park to do a second loop, a little bit annoying. But apart from this, once we had located the drop off, it was quite easy to leave for the airport and collection was equally as easy.”
“Late to return or vehicle to us, and clearly rode the clutch all the way from wherever it had been stored. The clutch was burning Ana took nearly the weeks for the burning smell to go!! It would appear our dash cam had been unplugged, as no recorded evidence for the whole time we were away.

A map of the 4th floor of the Car Park at Terminal 5 with Row R & S indicated would have been very helpful.”
“The instructions for getting to the car park were a little confusing, meaning I went through the wrong barriers to avoid the meet and greet, but I actually did need to go that way...so had to pay for parking I didn't need. But, once in the right place, the service was great. My car was ready on return and no problems at all. All in all a great service that I would use again!”
“Easy to find and simple handover procedure. Only had to wait a few minutes for car collection after arrival at parking delivery point which was more a result of easy exit through passport control and baggage reclaim than slow delivery of car. Would definitely use APH again.”
“Phoned before arrival . Did wait for over the 15 minutes to be met as wasn’t aware they now have a desk in the lobby to drop your keys off . They did waive the extra parking charge as paperwork said you’d be met as per previous travel . Car was ready & waiting upon our return”
