“No one at desk on arrival, very confusing how to hand over car because not really a greet service in the sense there is someone there waiting consistently. Called when returned as instructed but still took 40 minutes to get my car back, with no one on the desk again and vague timings for delivery of the car from the number you call. Wouldn't use again.”
“We called as requested on route, I made a mistake and booked the wrong Terminal but there was no problem with this and the driver met us at the correct terminal on both outbound and inbound. All in all stress free and easy to deal with.”
