“We had a problem on arrival at parking area and had to reschedule. The driver was really helpful and we were able to change our booking at no further charge. Very prompt service .”
“Departure was fine. It all went a bit wrong on arrival back to Heathrow. We were told to call twice. One number when we landed, and another when we cleared baggage reclaim. Never had this before, but went with it. On calling the first number we were questioned why we called as we hadn't cleared baggage reclaim. Frustrating, but no real issue. When we then tried to call after getting our bags, all phone numbers were engaged.. after a long flight this is really not what you want. We hung around customs area as there was no point in heading outside to wait in the cold. Someone called back after around 5 minutes and told us to head to the pick up point and we would have our car in 15 -20 minutes. 25 minutes after the call we eventually got the car back, absolutely filthy so not sure where it had been parked. Not a great experience and would not recommend or use again.”
