“Everything as expected. Met on time by the driver. I forgot to give him the car key and he called me and let me know. No charge for him having to wait for me. Pick up was fine, 5 to 10 minute wait for car to arrive.

Why do we have to call twice, when you land and when you pick up your luggage and you still have to wait for the car. I expect the car to be there waiting, if i provide that amount of lead in time”
