“We had to wait 1hr for the car to dropped back. I called as requested when we landed and also when we had collected our baggage.
We had a long journey back home, so waiting an hour was unacceptable. Especially given that they suggested we hadn't called until I showed them my call history on my phone.”
“Booked car in at T2 at 0330 but they didnt collect until 0430 which is when they said that they start operating from but no mention of this at the time of booking! Nearly missed our flight too! On return our baggage didnt make the transfer at Zurich and it was on the next flight so we had to wait for it. When the car was delivered the operator was very rude and said that we had to pay the car park fee of £7.50 due to 3 hours delay in collection our car. There was no mention of this in the Ts&Cs; all it said was to let them know if there was any changes to our flight arrival. I had kept them up to date and the total dalay was 3 hours from our original collection time. Very poor service and should have booked with Maple who have always been exceptional. Will not be using this service again and wouldnt recommend that others do either!”

“I've used LHR Meet & Greet services many times, & as usual drop off was easy, with a rep being on site to collect my keys.
Pick up on return however wasn't good- As instructed I phoned as soon as we'd landed (from inside the plane at Satellite B @ LHR T5) & again once we'd collected our luggage, to be told that there'd be a 20 minute wait for the car (the actual wait was nearer 25 minutes). This was disappointing as I had expected our flight to be tracked so that the car would be ready for when we'd cleared customs.”
