“Arrival at the car park was a a bit confusing, followed instructions but still ended up on level 3 instead of 4. But not a problem as when I phoned to let them know they promptly came and collected my cat aT level 3. Fair play not an issue on their part. On return I followed their contact information, phoned on landing & after baggage reclaim but on ringing after baggage the call handler said I should've rang on landing obviously someone hadn't passed that on. To be fair it wasn't a problem but obviously better communication is needed, all in all a very good service, Wil use again.”
