“I've used LHR Meet & Greet services many times, & as usual drop off was easy, with a rep being on site to collect my keys.
Pick up on return however wasn't good- As instructed I phoned as soon as we'd landed (from inside the plane at Satellite B @ LHR T5) & again once we'd collected our luggage, to be told that there'd be a 20 minute wait for the car (the actual wait was nearer 25 minutes). This was disappointing as I had expected our flight to be tracked so that the car would be ready for when we'd cleared customs.”
“Horrendous. Car delivered in tact with no issues. Returned with right head light gone and informed it needed jump starting and not to turn engine off. What the hell did you do to my car when you had it. Needs new battery and front bulb now. Your staff hung up on us when we rung to discuss and the driver returning the car refused to sign our paper stating he needed to jump start it and had no working headlight. He finally agreed to sign when we insisted and filmed the encounter. We got into our car with air bags lights on and fear that we would not get home. Never use this company. Shocking”
“Excellent customer service, I thould I'd got date wrong for departure and asked at drop off for it to be changed. Then realised a week into holiday the date was actually correct and needed to be changed back!! A quick email and Alice rersponded very quickly advising change had been reverted to original date, phew!!
Car collected without a mark on it and fairly clean. I would use them again.”
