“Easy and speedy process in T5 Heathrow. Dropped car off at Level 4 - minimum fuss and to give the rep his due he actually found an error in the return detail.
Upon return a month later I phoned as requested (upon landing and again after baggage reclaim) and collected the car again on level 4.
I do have a tracker on my car and can attest that it remained in the same place just outside Heathrow for the whole 4 weeks.
