“My calls to confirm arrival were answered promptly. They requested the car registration and immediately matched to my name. On arrival there was nobody at the desk and we waited over 5 minutes, being reassured by somebody from a different company that the Park Giant representative was onsite. Eventually he arrived and handover was efficient. We took a photo of our mileage on handover and on return noted that it had been driven around 10 miles which we found acceptable. On return we called once on landing and again after bag collection as directed. When we arrived at the collection location we once again waited over 5 minutes for the representative to appear with our car. It seems that they only have one staff member at Heathrow Terminal 3 . Although they have a small desk there is no sign to say that the staff member is actually around or when they will return. By contrast, the Maple parking team had many staff members. Their customers seemed to be waiting quite a long time for their cars but there were many staff members on hand to answer questions etc. We paid for this airport parking using Tesco vouchers so there was no additional cost to us. The car was returned in the same condition as we left it. The same staff member collected and returned the car. He was pleasant and efficient. I am an infrequent user of airport parking. I would consider using parkgiant again, especially if it was a Tesco voucher offer.”
