“An excellent, helpful and polite service but the instructions for locating Level 4 for Meet & Greet are not clear. We tried unsuccessfully to find Level 4 above Level 3 but there is no direct access between the two levels. We ended up paying extra fees to exit from Level 3.”
“You need to make it clearer when you’re parking in a hotel that the parking is already paid for it was in such small writing. I didn’t see it and paid for parking then went in the hotel and she said we get free parking but I’d already paid for it.”
“Great service all round. I forgot to call 30 minutes out and only called on arrival, but we were met in under 10 minutes. And on return we had our car and were out on the road in excellent time.
