On arrival called to advise our flight had landed, then again on collection of luggage. Waited 10 minutes before the car was delivered & handed over. Call handler was polite & precise. “Very simple and easy process!
You give them a call when you’re 20-30 mins from the car park, then just follow instructions, go to the 4th floor far end section “B” and there is an agent who takes the keys, gives you clear instructions and you’re on your way within 5 mins! Then give them a call when you land and then again after baggage claim and you won’t have to wait more than 5-10 mins for your car to meet you at the exact same spot you dropped it off at in the car park. Very seamless process really and I will use again when I next travel.”
