“Had no issues at all, called 30 mins before arriving at Heathrow and they explained where to drop the car off. This was also detailed in the confirmation email. Driver arrived after a couple of minutes gave us receipt and explain about collection procedure. We only had a 2 min walk to the terminal so was very handy and easy.
On collection we called after landing and again when we collected our bags
Car arrived after a very short wait and was in good condition with no damage. Driver bought a ticket for us and we made our way home. Most difficult thing was navigating out of the car park.
Would use them again as everything worked well and price was good”

No visible identification that they work for APH, grunt at you don’t give clear instructions.
Pick up
Rang as requested (read from tatty piece of paper) and again when cleared baggage. No clear instructions as to where to go, some 30 mins later once we had stood in the car park looking for car, arrived didn’t check who I was handed car over then wandered off not explaining that would be returning with ticket to get out of car park.
Gave 1 star as unable to give zero. Not value for money not value for service.”
