“We had no problem in finding the arrival parking area at T5 and it took only minutes to drop off the car and walk into the terminal. On return I called twice, on the ground and after we had our bags and proceeded to collect our car which arrived a couple of minutes later. Overall very happy and would use agaiin”
“Dropping off our vehicle was very smooth and stress free but the return pick up was a different story. Despite calling 4 times as instructed, once on landing, 2nd once we received our baggage and 2 more times whilst waiting on level 4 we had to wait over half an hour for our vehicle to be returned. Also it was extremely tight getting out of the car park from level 4 within 15 minutes due to the volume of cars exiting at the same time. We only just left within the time limit.”
“Service was really good, normally book park and bus type thing but think this was definitely quicker and easier being right at the terminal. Instructions were clear and someone came to meet us both times quite promptly. Was a really easy service. Would definitely use again.”
