“The drivers that we met were very friendly and the only reason that we didn't give 5 stars was that when we returned there was some confusion, as we were asked to call when we landed and then when we got our bags. Because there was a problem getting off the plane we were delayed and the driver had already turned up before we had collected our bags. Having said that, as soon as we had collected our bags and got to the car park, our car was there with another friendly driver. So, overall - a nice company and very nice drivers.”

More importantly, on our return to London Heathrow we missed our Toronto to London flight due to a blizzard in Toronto. As it was the middle of the night in the UK I emailed customer services and texted the duty manager phones from Toronto to advise of new flight numbers and later arrival time. I spent the entire flight home worrying about additional costs or long delays to collection of the car ( meet and greet) as it was us who was late. We called the duty manager phone from arrivals, and we had a maximum of 5 minute wait for the vehicle, a smile, and no additional costs. Given that we were 2 hours late, the service was EXCELLENT.”
“Everything went very well. The only adverse comment was that it was not immediately obvious on both departure and arrival who was the APH (Giant) representative on duty. Spent a long time trying to find the rep (out and in). It would help in the instruction document to explain exactly how to identify and find the appropriate rep.
Certainly was a hassle free operation for us and would recommend your service without hesitation.
