“The system of telephoning twice seems to work but if, for some reason , your mobile is unable to work, texts are not picked up so you have a minor problem. Usually a wait of 20 minutes which is not untoward.”
“Great service from start to finish, I was late to get to Heathrow but was contacted by staff en route who told me not to worry and they would wait. On arrival professional greeting service and nothing was too much trouble. On our return we ended up waiting at baggage reclaim for 3 hours due to some electrical issues at Heathrow however staff of the meet and greet never pushed me for time and only rang me once to say they had to go home due to the hour. However they kindly waited for me once again and made sure my car had enough time left on the charge meter at the multi storey car park so that I would have time to load and drive out. They did not once complain and always greeted me with a smile. Car was in perfect condition on return. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.”
