“No one around when we arrived and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to aapear. On return the car was absolutely filthy (not how it had been left with them a week before) on both the outside and the inside the drivers clearly hadnt taken any care getting in and out of the car and tracked loads of muck in on the mats, door step and door cards.
Would I reccomend them, well not the worst but a million miles from the best”

The only negatives were that the car was returned very dirty – which is understandable after being kept outside for two weeks – and that the customer interaction over the phone could be improved. On both drop-off and pick-up calls, the representative was short and blunt, bordering on rude. Overall, the service is acceptable for the price point, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.”
“Good service, no issues. Instructions were not as clear as they could have been and we had to wait 20 mins to collect car, despite calling at required times. Overall would recommend and use again as good value.”
