Pick up was quick with 2 short phone calls once we had landed and collected our lugage and our car was collected quickly by Johnson.”
“Everything worked out well with prompt collection and delivery took 20 minutes so a little waiting time. We were not explained to fully that APH was the booking agent, which made the process a little more confusing. When phoning, the guys on the other end were in a rush and hence not totally helpful. We had to change the car booked at the last minute which caused confusion and rudeness but it did get sorted in the end.”
“I will NEVER use Park Giant again. The meet & greet service was dreadful. We called, as instructed, 30 minutes before arrival at the terminal. When we arrived nobody was there to 'greet' us. No representative was at the service kiosk. I called the office and he assured me someone would be be there shortly but nobody came. We waietd and waited and I called repeatedly. The man on the phone was rude and agressive. He then declined to answer my calls - at this point we had been waiting for over 30 mins. When someone did eventually arrive, at leisure, he was rude and dismissive. At this stage we were very stressed as we were about to miss our check in time for our flight. It was such a stressul experience that I will never book with Park Giant. It is disappointing APH has outsourced this at Heathrow, as APH at Gatwick are fabulous and we use them all the time. The staff at APH are courteous and helpful. Park Giant could do with some training from them.”
