Hotel I booked was changed which had no parking charges. 2 days in to a 14 holiday I got an email saying thanks for picking car up so had to get back in touch with them. Honestly would never use this service again.”
“Easy to navigate to the area, although the Heathrow parking signs threw me off a touch. So stay left to get through the barriers! Easy to drop off and had to wait 15 minutes for car, as I was hand language only and border control was quick. Happy with the service and would use it again.”
