“Due to issues at home I was late arriving but this was no problem for Park Giant who accommodated the change with no fuss. The handover was efficient, as was the arrangements and directions upon return.
There was a 10 minute delay in the car getting back to the car park due to heavy rush hour traffic, but overall I was impressed with the service received and the hand back of the car.”
“There was no-one at the desk at Heathrow when I arrived for departure, but I was early (5:45am) - mobile was answered promptly and a driver was there within 10mins. On return, again the 'phone was answered promptly and politely and I waited no more than a few minutes in the car park until my car arrived. For me, this process is never stress free, but the service Park Giant provides is exactly as it says on the tin, and so I've booked to use them again in January.”

“Overall service was good but I was unable to give full stars because on my return I called one of the numbers for Park Giant supplied by APH to confirm I had got my baggage and it was repeatedly cut off. I then received a call from Park Giant to chastise me for ringing that number as it was a “business line”. I can assure you that after travelling for 24 hours and at 0630 in the morning I did not appreciate this. So I recommend you look again at the contact numbers that you provide to customers.”
