“I was disappointed by Park Giant service. It should be a meet and greet but I had to call them several times for them to send a driver to collect the car and another 3 times for the driver to drop the car. The car was also left open in their parking so I had to remotely close it on the app while I was on holiday. I am really disappointed by their customer service as they were really rude.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Park Giant with whom we had taken meet and greet service. Our flights were very early in the morning which meant that the drop off was around 5 am. I was worried that I would struggle to coordinate that early in the morning but the service was great and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend the service.”
