This service was awful on 12/4/2023. We rang when got our luggage at Terminal 4 , went to level 2 area F, but no car , then Park Giant turned up with the wrong car ,waited at least an hour before they finally brought our car. We had to be at another event and were very late, advise not to use.”
“Efficient answering of all phone calls. They were waiting in the airport when we arrived to depart. When we had landed and collected our luggage they said they would be 10-15 minutes and they were there in less than 15mins. Very effecient.”
“Very good service; only thing I would mention is that the requirement to contact PGH before you arrive at the airport should be made clearer (eg. in bold on notification) - I missed this and I suspect it's happened before.”
