“When I was leaving the country I call the number to hand out the keys and there was no one available at the Airport. The representative who answered the call said that I would have called 20 minutes before to hand over the keys. When I arrived I call them and the representative said to call again when I pick up the baggage. I called again as soon as I picked up my baggage. I came out to the car park and my car wasn't there and I waited about half an hour for the car. It said Meet & Greet but there was no one to meet & Greet at the Airport and the person who answered the call doesn't know anything about customer services and he is not polite either. I travel every year and I always leave the car at the Meet & Greet counter at the Airport. This is the first time I have booked through you and there is no meet & greet counter or no one available at the Airport to take off your car keys or return your car keys”
“Drop off was good, but we had to wait a very long time, about an hour, from the time I first called when the plane landed. It was very cold waiting outside in that time and phoned a few times to find out where the car was. I understand it was cold and the door was frozen, but I shouldn’t have had to wait for that length of time.”
“Everything was okay, but the car wasn’t ready when we got to the return pick up point. We didn’t have to wait too long but in the past meet and greet has not always been punctual on return for us.”
