“There was damage to our vehicle when we picked it up from Heathrow on return. Still emailing them to get it repaired, company very difficult to get hold of. Would NOT use this company for parking ever again, not happy.”
“Not meet and greet! Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick up our car on day of departure despite calling 30 minutes before our arrival time.
When we returned to Heathrow, we called when we landed and once again when we had picked up our luggage but still had to wait 20 minutes for our car.
Car was returned filthy!”
“From the start Park Giant gave excellent service! We rung their office on the way to Heathrow and they picked up straight away, we gave them our car registration number and roughly what time we'd get to the Airport. Followed their directions and the Park Giant rep/driver was there to meet us, he didn't rush us to unpack and was very polite, took our keys and were off on holiday!
When we arrived back from holiday and landed we rung Park Giant again when we got off the aircraft and they picked up straight away again and they told us to ring again when we picked up our suitcases which we did and they told us where to meet them. As we came out of the lift in the short stay car park our car and driver went past us. We walked over and was met and loaded our car and we're off home!
Overall a great experience and would definitely use Park Giant again and would thoroughly recommend them, couldn't have been easier 5* in our opinion.”

This company were efficient, answered phone calls, did exactly as described and my car had only a few miles on the clock when returned (enough to take it to the parking area and back).
