“Jump started my car without asking my permission, causing a huge number of problems with my systems including no lights, indicators, wipers or heating/air con. We were rushed out the car park without being told it was jump started and had no idea of the extent of the problems until we were on the motorway. I then had to make arrangements to get the car fixed as it was completed unsafe to drive. The timescales to get back to the car from terminal 3 were also completely unrealistic, as you have 15 minutes from baggage claim to get the car and out of the car park. This is a decent walk and involved two separate very busy lifts, as well as loading your bags and time to supposedly check the car. A very poor and dodgy service and I would not recommend this company.”
