“I have no idea who did the parking for this - booked through APH and everything was branded Terminal Parking but it was a great experience.
Phones were answered very quickly. Car collected quickly on arrival. I returned to a different terminal and they arrange the collection there very quickly. Its rare to be positive about airport parking but this was an excellent experience.”
“Excellent service. Was met on arrival to hand over keys and was advised to take pictures of the car.
When returning, I followed the instructions and telephoned as soon as I had landed and then again when I had collected my luggage. The car was waiting for me on return. Will definitely book with again.”
“Have used Park Giant before and was pleased with their service. Decided to use them again but wished that I hadn't. Drop off was fine but pick up, although car was returned in good time, was not good. The interior of the car was filthy. There was white sludge and grit ground into the carpet, mud on the pedals and footprints on the door panel. When pointed out to the driver he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Will not be using them again.
Why can't Park Giant use carpet protectors?”
“Everything went smoothly (apart from the traffic getting into Heathrow on Saturday morning) and the car was waiting for us just outside the lift on our return :)”

“Upon returning from our holiday (a 24 hour journey) at 5am, we were contacted to say that a driver had reversed our car into a metal pole and smashed the rear windscreen. After much discussion, they agreed to give us a vehicle for our journey home whilst they had it repaired. It was returned to us the next day but I now can’t get a response from them as I need a receipt for the work for our lease company. Heathrow police also contacted us to say they had stopped the driver for dubious driving and advised us not to use this particular company as they are not validated (Terminals Parking)”
