“Super simple drop off and pick up via phone calls to let them know we were 30 minutes out and then landing and bag pick up. Coming out of T5 we were so quick through passport and bag pick up we had to wait a few minutes for the car but not a problem. From landing to car less than an hour.”
“Pick up was smooth as we knew the process re calling when landed and then when we have bags. Waited about 8 minutes for car to be brought to us.
Unfortunately the email we received was lengthy and not clear immediately that we needed to call before arriving to the airport so someone could be there to meet us. As we had used a previous company and met at the airport no phoning required. This meant we incurred the additional charge of our parking ticket and delayed us leaving. This was not ideal and may mean we look at a different company who will be on site no phoning needed next time.”
