“We found contradictory details on the arrival instructions. On return, we followed the instructions and called on landing and then when we collected our bags. We still waited 32 minutes before the car was available. I found this unsatisfactory. I could easily have traveled to the car park and collected the car myself. Our car computer indicated a 14 min drive to the collection point so this must mean an 18 minute gap before the driver left your site.”
“Great service on the way out although your written instructions as to the arrival procedure were a little confusing. Despite making the two obligatory telephone calls on our return we were still kept waiting for about ten minutes. Overall, though, a good service.
