Great. Polite staff, 9 miles on the clock when we got the car back. No issues with drop off or collection

Subcontracted out to Terminals Parking. despite calling in advance as requested we waited over 30 min for the driver to arrive to collect our car, the return was smooth however.

We had a wonderful experience with Park Giant with whom we had taken meet and greet service. Our flights were very early in the morning which meant that the drop off was around 5 am. I was worried that I would struggle to coordinate that early in the morning but the service was great and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend the service.

Disappointed with the 20 minute wait for the car to arrive, despite me phoning them them twice as requested: as soon as we landed and again after baggage reclaim. The idea of a meet and greet booking is to have the car there ready for you.

Drop off was easy and my car was waiting when I returned. However there was mud all over the mat, seat and door. With just a tiny bit of care this could have been easily avoided.

I booked my parking through the Tesco Clubcard partner programme. Tesco paid APH £120 as part of my parking costs. As I was ill on the day of the flight, I was unable to travel and informed APH some hours before my booking was due to start. Tesco informed me that in these circumstances they would expect a partner company to refund their payment, despite cancellation being so late. Tesco have requested a refund from APH and this has been declined. APH have informed me that they are not able to provide me with evidence of the full booking cost so that I can claim from my insurance company (only for the £5 balance that I paid directly to them). The company has kept the full cost of parking, which their cancellation terms allow them to do, but will not confirm in writing that they have been paid £125 for parking not used by me. Is this a company to trust?
