“Was very dubious as alot of places that offer airport parking have poor reviews. I could not fault Park Giant. Was met, car checked over and handed the keys. Was prompt to return the car when we returned. Very polite and professional. Will definitely use again.”
“First time I have used Parking Giant and I was impressed. The instructions on how to leave your car are really clear and even when I unfortunately gave them the wrong car key when I left my car they acted swiftly to get to security to swop my keys over. When we arrived home once we cleared customs we only had to wait 10 minutes for my car to arrive back. I found them courteous and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them”

“A great way to leave your car when travelling from Heathrow . A quick call 30 minutes before you arrive. You go into the short term terminal car park up to the floor specified and someone is waiting for you. Keys taken decant luggage and go to the check in. Same on the way back. Can reccomend this as the best way to park. No buses to wait for.”
“Directions to find the carpark need to be much clearer. The mobile numbers were answered when we enquired but different directions were given each time leading to confusion & frustration.
On the way back the carpark is a lift away so very simple … however we were getting phone calls every 10 minutes asking where we were despite us telling the staff we were waiting for our baggage so time scales were out of our control. Other than these niggles it was an easy process.”
