“Good service but a pain having to ring 30 mins before arrival. Also need to sort out the directions at T5 as they are impossible to follow and you end up on the wrong floor of the car park.”

This service was awful on 12/4/2023. We rang when got our luggage at Terminal 4 , went to level 2 area F, but no car , then Park Giant turned up with the wrong car ,waited at least an hour before they finally brought our car. We had to be at another event and were very late, advise not to use.”
