“All went smoothly on drop off and pick up. The only issue was not Park Giant’s fault. The end of level 4 of the parking garage is blocked off meaning there is less room which makes parking and manoeuvring more difficult than usual.”
“The directions to drop of need to be updated. It tells you to keep right and then follow signs for Avis/European- but there no signs.
I ended up driving back out of the car park and paying £7.50.
Pro tip - once you reach level 4 keep left!”
