“Not a great fan of Heathrow airport so was dreading going there. The instructions were very easy to follow, both arriving and leaving. Had a short wait on return with a very unhelpful person who didn't work for the company. Would use again.”

“I'm afraid that my experience was marred by not having anyone to collect my keys for 20 minutes or so. I really did not need the anxiety of not knowing what to do and at what point to make alternative expensive arrangements. I need an absolute assurance that someone will be there and so next time I will park it myself and build it into my itinerary. I also felt slightly disconcerted that I was handing my keys to someone with no recognisable uniform or company ID. It really is not good enough.”
“Whoever wrote the instructions for drop off at Heathrow T5 needs to go and look what signs actually say. Also needs to be made clear regarding calling before arrival so a representative is there to meet you.
Collection was also slow but driver did apologise”
