“It was easy to find and park. Someone came and got car quickly on arrival and easy on way home , call them twice and they are there waiting for you.
Only negative comment is that we had to pay for parking £6 on arrival and departure and it dosent tell you that in terms and conditions or not that i could see. On departure the attendant did pay as we got held up and he needed to go.”
“Only on thing I would complain about would be that when we called 30min before our arrival the call went onto voice mail so we left a message as it said!
But when we got to the car park we then called again as no one was there, the gentleman on the other end said it wasn't good enough to leave a message!! So we then had to wait 30min for someone to turn up, I would suggest you change the voice mail or remove it.
On our arrival home it was perfect timing so thank you very much.”
“Everything went fairly smoothly. Dropped off car at Terminal 5 without any problem. The flight was slightly delayed on our return which may have contributed to having to wait about 10minutes for the car to be delivered, despite having contacted Park Giant as requested. However, the overall service was good.”
